HIW - Series is a unique Multipurpose Hydraulic Ironworker Machine which has various applications and serve a lot of industries such as Tower manufacturing, Construction, Metal Fabrications, Telecommunication Industries, Bridge Manufacturing etc. 

The double cylinder "HIW" series are well engineered ironworkers built for high power, quality, and reliability. These ironworkers have two control foot paddles, and separate operations can be safely performed simultaneously without interference.

'HPT' HIW Series Ironworkers are supplied with Standard Tooling including repetition support tables at punch, shear and notch stations and with easily adjusted holddowns at all five work stations to safely control the operations. Comprehensive safety guards are fitted as standard on all work stations. Free standing on a suitable floor, they just require electrical connection to be ready for work.

APPLICATION: cutting and shearing of angle, channel, I-Section, flat, round & square bar, also for punching, notching, pipe notching and bending....

Permanent bending station  complying with CE standards.
Thanks to the blade holder's vertical movement, machine has an excellent performance in all its five work stations:

These Iron Shearing and Punching Machine have two control foot pedals, and separate operations can be safely performed simultaneously. The low pressure setting for tool change provides maximum operation safety. The long punching cylinder stroke and deep throat enable mounting a wide range of special equipment. The large punching base with the "T-slot" mounting provides a solid base for securing the punching tooling, as well as a wide range of optional and custom designed tooling.
